Our company is built on a culture of integrity, and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any form of bribery, corruption, or unlawful activity. We conduct our business with honesty and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In particular, we implement stringent measures to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism. We fully adhere to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 On Anti-Money Laundering, Combating the Financing of Terrorism and Financing of Illegal Organizations and Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019, along with all related guidelines from the UAE Central Bank and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). Our anti-money laundering and compliance programs are aligned with international best practices, including recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). To ensure these standards are met, we have established robust internal policies and controls that are reviewed and updated regularly to mitigate any risks within our operations.

We also maintain strict compliance with all international sanctions regimes. Our company does not transact with any individual, entity, country, or commodity that is subject to sanctions by authorities such as the United Nations, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in the U.S., the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or the UAE. We diligently avoid any business dealings that could place our firm or clients at risk of violating sanctions laws. To uphold this commitment, our compliance team continuously monitors sanction lists and regulatory updates worldwide. Every jurisdiction and partner we engage with is carefully screened to ensure adherence to the latest sanctions and trade restrictions. We remain alert to legal developments to guarantee that our activities are never used to circumvent sanction laws.

Another key aspect of our compliance framework is thorough due diligence and ongoing oversight. We conduct rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and comprehensive due diligence on all prospective clients and partners before entering into any business relationship. This process covers customers, suppliers, distributors, agents, and other counterparties, verifying their identities and legitimacy. We also provide frequent training sessions for our employees to keep them up-to-date on compliance obligations, company policies, and ethical standards. Through these measures, we ensure that each partnership and transaction is transparent, lawful, and in line with our values and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, we are deeply committed to upholding human rights in our business. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our operations or supply chain. In accordance with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act, we have implemented policies to ensure that no forced labor or exploitation is present in our workflows or those of our suppliers. We also publish a yearly Modern Slavery Transparency Statement detailing our efforts to prevent slavery and trafficking, affirming our dedication to a fair and ethical supply chain. We expect all our contractors and suppliers to share this commitment and adhere to the same high standards.
